Agreement to No Allegiance 2009 Game Day Waiver


By signing this Waiver/Release I ________________________,the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read the foregoing disclosures of the risks and, further, agree that I assume all such risks and will hold the owners, operators, participants, sponsors and all of their agents and employees completely free and harmless from any and all damages from physical injuries and/or death which may result from my participation whether outside or inside any of the fields facilities or geographical boundaries. Also, by signing this waiver / release I agree to the same above conditions should any damage arise to my physical or personal property. Furthermore, by signing this waiver, I am stating that I am of sound mind and body, and FULLY understand the document in which I am signing, and I understand I am bound by any and all statements made within the “NO ALLEGIANCE 2009 WAIVER”, “PROPERTY RULES”, and “2009 MEDICAL RELEASE WAIVER BAD KARMA AIRSOFT FIELD FOR NO ALLEGIANCE PLAYDATE” documents.
