No Allegiance Airsoft

Step:1 - Read the "NO ALLEGIANCE 2009 WAIVER"

Step:2 – Read, Print, and Fill Out the "Agreement to No Allegiance 2009 Game Day Waiver" sign and date.

Step:3 –If you are over 16 years old or older go to Step:4, if you are 15 years old or younger go to Step:3a

Step:3a If you are UNDER the age of 16, have your Legal complete Step:1, once complete,continue to Step:3b

Step:3b Have your Legal Guardian Read, Print, and Fill Out the “Legal Guardian Agreement to No Allegiance 2009 Game Day Waiver”, sign and date.

Step:4 Read, Print, and Fill Out the ”2009 MEDICAL RELEASE WAIVER BAD KARMA AIRSOFT FIELD FOR NO ALLEGIANCE PLAYDATE” for your corresponding age.

Step5: Bring Completed, Signed, and Dated forms to the next No Allegiance Airsoft Playdate.

Just follow the steps and your Waiver Packet should be ready for the next No Allegiance Airsoft gameday. Make sure you have the correct Waiver and Medical Release for your corresponding age.
